We have been bringing our border collie for over 4 years. He has hip dysplasia and the weekly swim has massively improved his muscles and maintained his mobility. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Vince and Irene always make us feel welcome and obviously love dogs! They even celebrate Max’s birthday ☺️ Would highly recommend.
We’ve been been here 4 or 5 times previously for the self swim and had a great time, my dog loves it. The only negative is that its pretty run down inside and the pool is absolutely full of dogs hairs, but maybe that’s to be expected. It is a little gross but just have a good shower afterwards and it’s still lots of fun for the dogs. Unfortunately we had a bad experience which makes me not want to go again. Made our pooch feel comfortable enough to venture into the water which was no mean feat....because he's no water baby . We've already booked him in for his return visit in a weeks time .. Our pooch has now been swimming weekly for a few months and he's gone for been unsure about the whole swimming experience to a total water baby so much so he's now wanting to get in the pool before his lead is unclipped. Where to start! I would first like to say the very few negative reviews are to be dismissed. They do not honestly reflect the business or Zoe herself. I have a extremely large Greman Shepherd and I have just returned from my 3rd hour session with Zoe (4 weeks apart). The only thing I regret it not brining him sooner. I was considering it on and off for many years with my last GSD. Then considering it for well over a year with Prince.
