Highly Recommend – If you're looking for a quite, good sized, pretty calm community; I highly recommend Sherry. I would have moved there, but as a newlywed..I didn't really want to run the risk of pop-ins.
Friendly Neighbors – Great apartment community, with friendly neighbors, in a great area of Naperville. The apartments are very large with plenty of closet space. The maintnece staff is quick at fixing any problems, and is very friendly. Like a previous rating stated, always taking time to talk with residents, and knowing everyone's names.
Great Area – This place is sweet! I really really love these apartments because gas/water/park/heat/trash are ALL free! The staff kicks butt at getting my work requests completed and LISTENS to my complaints! Also... SOLID CONCRETE WALLS/CEILINGS/FLOORS! I have parties ALL the time on the weekends with no sound problems. I rarely hear the neighbors walking around, very quiet -- BIG ! Safe parking which is well lit, security doors which actually work, elevators, pool, and new washers/dryers.
Nice and Quiet – Very surprised to find such large apartments with ample closet space.Nice remodels being done, looks good. Staff is very personable, friendly and they remember your name, even take time to chat with you, Maintenance staff is very friendly, knows all pets by their name, pretty efficient too. Nice quiet place to live
Friendly! – I have lived here for one year and I did renew. When there is something broken in the apartment the maintence and office are right on top of it. My neighbors are very friendly in the hallway and very quiet I never hear anyone. The laundry room is big and always warm cause of the heat from the dryers im assuming. Laundry is well over charged but I guess thats how it has to be with the economy. Best place to go – "I've lived here for 5 years and have never loved an apartment as much as this one. New ownership took over just before I moved in. The remodeled apartment I rented was very nice. New carpet,cabinets, lighting & flooring made an already spacious place look even bigger and better. No real problems.Yes there were a few roof leaks- not the staffs fault.
