I had the misfortune of having a medical emergency whilst on holiday in Norfolk and found NHS 111 very helpful in sending me here and giving me their number to call immediately. Unfortunately, all helpfulness went it of the window at first contact with this place. The rude person on phone flat out refused to see me despite my being referred by NHS 111. I've never had a problem with this surgery, either it's doctors, nurses, physiotherapist or receptionists, but I must say, this new online way of booking appointments etc, I really am not a fan. Your health is a real personal issue and it now feels as less personable as it can get. Please go back to dealing with the public on a more personal level.

I wanted to wait a year or so after the old doctors had left and the new partners of the practice arrived to see what the change would be. My opinion is that the practice has got worse. Dr Forest has no empathy, absolutely the worst characteristics for a doctor. For my mental health I have always had sympathy and empathy but this Dr is a joke.
