Quick, courteous, professional response. Paid a little bit more than usual for the "just-to-walk-in-the-door" rate ($20.00 more), but sometimes you get what you pay fo. Problem was fixed same day by a knowledgeable and pleasant service man.

I asked Sheridan to come look at the job for an estimate. They did not want to do that. An estimate was emailed to me and a cash discount given. THE JOB WAS NOT BY THE HOUR. They knew some drilling was to be done for a toilet install, because other plumbers told me that and I related the info to Sheridan. The installers did a good job (that was why I gave them two stars as opposed to one star). The installers were gone for approx one and one-half hours for lunch. Invoice stated cost based on phone conversation.Day of appointment customer called to state that it was a Toto toilet on marble.Customer stated that others thought this would be a more involved,appointment was kept.Mechanics also had to spend good amount of time in garage moving belongings so they could maintain a clean work space,pipe distance was longer then discussed.Customer was not billed
