The service was good but the price wouldn't encourage me to recommend the provider. I was shocked at the pirce of the service total when I got home and saw the invoice my wife handed me. The total time involved at my home was leess than 30 minutes and no parts were needed. My understanding is that the water heater was restarted and an exhaust pipe was tightened and tehn the water heater worked. The bill pre-tax was $186.09 plus $13.03 tax for a total of $199.12.

Joe got to my house way ahead of schedule. He was personable and very professional.
The tech that showed up at my house was very knowledgeable about my system. He went right to work and showed me what I needed to know when he was done. The cost was a bit pricey, but that's the cost of doing business these days I guess.. I would like to know how they calculate their hours worked. The tech was on site for 4 hours, but charged me for 5 hours... Does time count to and from the job, as well as the hours actually at the site?
