This was a very good experience. They were very flexible with their schedule allowing me not to miss work. The work was performed in a timely manner and at the price quoted.
Kevin worked with the borough to determine the exact problem, which was fixed immediately.
I found Karl to be knowledgeable, professional and cordial. I will ask for his services again should/when plumbing problems arise. I was uncomfortable about the amount of the bill, but I trust that Sheridan has competitive pricing.

Sheridan responded within minutes (literally) and told me they would call between 2 and 4 pm that day. they called at 2:15 and were waiting for me when I arrived. Problem was fixed and the serviceman was courteous and neat. I had a truly great experience. Thank you, Dan Paul
