Came exactly at 7am--GREAT.Unclogged our drains in 1 hour and offered tips/advise to keep them clean.Also offered a product that they sell so we can maintain ourselves.Excellent job and highly recommended.His knowledge and advice saved us from doing other plumbing work that wasn't needed.It was more expensive than we thought but worth it if the drains stay clear.Would highly recommend to people with tight schedules.Are quick to call back and show up.
At first, Sheridan was not responding in a timely fashion to my request and phone calls. Eventually we spoke and worked out a date and price for the installation of my hot water recirculation pump. The job was completed in under an hour and cost me a little over $180 with no parts required. I feel the price was a bit too high for the amount of time spent on the job.
came right in, identified the problem and fixed it that day. they did quote a service to dry out my basement, but then couldn't fulfill the job. I had to outsource that work which ended up costing considerably more. But the main work was done very well.
Excellent dispatcher and up-front discussion about rates and work to be done. Suggestion of replacement disposal resulted in the use of a model with included extended warranty, a plus over the model I had in mind (with no warranty at all) for only a fraction more. On the day of the job, the contractor arrived on time and was courteous and knowledgeable and completed the work quickly. Work was completed as required.
Excellent experience. Promptly responded. Viewed the job and proposed a cheaper far less intrusive way to get it done. Called as soon as parts arrived, set an appointment and SURPRISE the plumber who did the job arrived ON TIME, AS SCHEDULED. In addition I had an additional small piece of work that came up unexpectedly and the plumber did that also for a modest fee. Professional, first rate and a pleasure to do business with. I will always call Sheridam plumbing first.
They had a fast turn around, came out the same day, and completed the work. He was not over-priced or did not try to pad the pricing. He quickly came out, assessed the problem, and was able to repair a shower that we have not used in 6 years. I would most definitely recommend his services, and will be using him to do some other plumbing services in our home shortly.
