Excellent. I called their customer service dept. I told them my problem, they gave me an est. And their plumber was at my home in less then 2 hrs. The plumber explained the problem, gave me some advise and he did not try to sale me anything. Yes, I will recommend Sheridan to my neighbors, co-worker and family members.
