Customer Service goes a long way and when a salesman tells you that you're wasting his time (after being on the lot for 2 1/2 to 3 hours) leaves a sour taste in my mouth. For this type of service, it's only fair that I let other consumers know not to WASTE THEIR TIME with Sheridan Nissan. You have Langston to thank for that.

After a slight misunderstanding, The salesman that I was initially working with called me back and we worked out a pretty sweet deal for a 2016 Rogue SL, plus I got there at lunchtime, just as the Pizza guy was delivering... All kidding aside, this is the third vehicle I puchased from them, and for the record, they're still the best around!

Had my 2016 Versa Note for two weeks now. Wonderful first time buying experience and excellent follow up customer service. Highly recommend the folks down at Sheridan and a big shout-out to Charlie. Walked me through everything and answered all my questions. Go look for the guy with the bow-tie!
Never going here again purchased cars from them 3 times in the last 5 years. They absolutely left a bad taste in my mouth. My next car I will be going somewhere else

My daughter bought a car from SHERIDAN NISSAN 3 months ago well had to replace battery already and now the TAPED up fob remote they gave is acting up they didn't give her a second key and are not helping her at all
Two stars is including the bonus. Truck broke down on the test drive and the salesman chuckled and said "that's what the bumper to bumper warranty covers". I was not amused. My family and extended family have been customers since 2001. That ended today. After the rudeness and low balling, we went to chevy and bought a brand new Colorado and paid LESS than that PRO 4X that broke down.
