It was awful. Left intake hose loose...horrible experience. But they won't take accountability for it....I'm done.
My husband and I absolutely loved Bob H he is going above and beyond to make sure I get this vehicle I'm hooked will never purchase anywhere else
I dropped my car off and it was done like Flynn. I ran to Kirkwood Highway to pick up papers for my grand daughter and they were calling telling me it was done before I returned home! Awesome service, pleasant people, great job Chan!���
Under normal circumstances I would recommend however, my last visit was due to them not doing the scheduled work from the previous visit where they were more concerned with trying to sell me services I had already had done to my car......frustrated

This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from Sherian Nissian, Bob H was the sales guy both times and They went above and beyond for me to be able to purchase a car. The first car I purchased in October was a 2015 Altima which I absolutely loved unfortunately it was in a accident which totalled my car and with the hell the insurance company was given me , Bob H and Chris in finance at Nissian made a bad situation turn into a positive one. I will forever be a customer for any other vehicles I purchase.

Only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because of Chris in finance. Other than that, no one seems to want to help you or care if you have an issue. As long as they get their money, they're happy. I'm very disappointed with my experience here because my friend had such a great experience. I would go into more details but its pointless because they won't even care.
