I never post negative reviews but I have gone directly to the folks and leadership at Nissan and have not gotten an appropriate response. We had a transient issue with my car but Nissan sent it back home to me multiple times without solving the problem, then offered to cover costs of it and take care of if when I told them I took it to another mechanic. I took it back to Nissan and ended up being charged for a part -- and then told they still couldn't assure us the car wouldn't have the same issue. The poor customer service ... read more
Double check paper work when buying the changed prices on 13 altima it was on sale for 20500 and on the paper work i the got it for 22 +

Buyer beware...they tell you one thing and write up paper work for something else. Add extra months on your contract. no service after the sale....my fuel gage gets stuck after filling up tank and they say nothing is wrong ......want me to video tape it as it happens. How am I supposed to video tape as I drive? Once they make the sale they could care less about you.
I just wanted to leave a quick post on how awesome my experience was with Mike Bellina at Sheraton Nissan. Before arriving at the dealership, I spoke to him on the phone letting him know exactly what I was looking for, and he delivered with no hassle at all. I'm unsure it makes sense to offer life time oil packages of your supply can not meet the demand. Having to schedule oil changes and for the next availablity to be 10 days out is absolutely ridiculous. I've never experienced this at a Nissan Dealership prior to yours. I absolutely regret purchasing my vehicle at your dealership and will be sure to never purchase a vehicle from you in the future.
Love my new Nissan Altima! I contacted two other dealerships but Sheridan hands down had the best customer service. My salesperson was Sonny and he was extremely helpful and had a great personality. He was willing to answer any questions I had, never talked to me like I was stupid (yes, some salespeople do), and never pressured me. He wanted me to get the car right for me and I truly appreciate that! I would definitely recommend Sheridan Nissan to anyone looking to purchase a new car.
Just bought my new Versa here -- great experience , nice dealership full of awesome , friendly people. Glad I chose to go there for my purchase. Would definitely recommend them :-)
Never will buy from them again!!!! sneaky and shady!!! Plus when took my sports car in for service, the technician was seen racing at a high rate of speed on quigley!
