What a great experience! Bob and Chris were amazing. We got a great deal on our new car. You can not go wrong considering Sheridan Nissan for your next car. This is our second car with Sheridan and I can't see us going anywhere else.
It was mostly terrible with a couple of saving graces: - I called to set up an appointment, having several issues with my certified used 2014 Pathfinder, and knowing I’d need a rental - I was told by someone with broken English that it wasn’t necessary to set up an appointment; just bring the car in and ask for Mike or Chan - this turned out to be incorrect, but they did accept my car when I came in and luckily had one rental available. Great service, very knowledgeable and not pushy. I was in and out within 2 1/2 hours. Juan and Chris are the best. They Connected my Bluetooth and walked me through all the features of my car. I went in with a specific price and car in mind and they made sure I received the best and at the price I wanted. I’ve dealt with them for service on my last Nissan and now I won’t go any place else.
Great service for my oil change and radio check. Mr. Chan, my adviser, does a great job of explaining and getting answers to questions. Not a long waiting time and a great waiting area. Will always use Sheridan Nissan for my service.
This is my third Nissan. I was looking for a specific model and color. One dealer said they could get it and tried to charge me an additional 1000 destination charge. Another refused to lower price at year end. Bob at Sheridan internet sales told me a price and Emily the sales person stuck to it. I hate finance managers but Drew was great. Sonny is the best!!!! I️ am in love with my Nissan and had a great experience at Sheridan Nissan. Drew was also great to work with on the finance side. So happy I️ went to them and was able to get out of my lease to a car that provided me with more room. I️ would recommend them to anyone!
