Purchased 5 years ago. Got a great deal. The service department, specifically Chan and Mike are without a doubt the most professional customer service reps i have ever dealt with. Any issue i ever had was taken care of, immediately and professionally. Never tried to upsell me any thing, was informed what was needed and and when. I would not take my vehicle anywhere else for service.
Went in to drool over idea of newer truck as my old girl had 228k miles on her. I looked online and had 3 possible option to wish at came out with my most liked truck, the sales staff were great to deal with and very patient with me and took the time to make sure the truck was going to stay in my price range. I now know my future vacation trips will be in a reliable vehicle.
Great place. Bought 2 used Altimas in less than 8mths. (1st one got totalled in accident) mike bellina is a great sales guy. Took care of wife and I and kept our payments where we needed them. Would recommend this place to everyone. Great selection of Nissan (and other makes). A++++ 👍🏻
Having worked for Sheridan Nissan Many years ago, I am well aware of the outstanding service and competence of their staff! So, when after more than 10 yrs of not having a vehicle of my own, I went to them first and it was my only stop. Very disappointing customer service. Expected more but received less. After purchasing a used Titan, I was charged for tags when there was already a Delaware tag on the vehicle with 1 1/2 years remaining before the next inspection. Didn't receive a second/spare key even though the vehicle is certified. When I had a second key made at the dealership, the managers offered no assistance regarding a payment discrepancy with the locksmith. I can’t believe I just bought a Titan. Very excited and love the truck! Juan is such a great salesman! Not too pushy and gives you all the knowledge you need to make the right decision. His manager Kris was great to work with as well and they both worked to get me the best deal possible on my truck. To be honest the whole team was great!
