I am currently on my 3rd Nissan Altima purchased from Sheridan and the main reason I keep coming back is simply GREAT SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When ever I take my care in for service the staff is very helpful and ensures that I am comfortable and informed about what needs to be accomplished. I highly recommend them for the products they sell and the service after the sale.
2015 Leaf needed a replacement horn and head unit (stereo). The parts and repair took much longer than anticipated( almost 2 months as opposed to three quoted days). I had to keep calling for status update because I thought they forgot about me. All in all once parts arrived, I was given a loaner car and my vehicle was fixed the same day. PS!! PLEASE stop asking everyone that calls if they need an oil change!!!!!!
