Service Mgr was great, nice guy and explained everything. This was a tire rotation and oil change. They said they put 36 psi in. When I got home I rechecked. I had 39 -34 in front and 33-36 in rear. Also for the second time, the “free” car wash was out of order.
I really had a great experience at Sheridan Nissan buying my 2017 Nissan Ultima. Everyone treated me nice was able to help me get the deal done and I left a happy customer. Everyone needs to go to Sheridan Nissan to buy their car I will definitely be buying all my cars from Sheridan Nissan time to go see Joe.
Great customer service...always! My transmission went out and they were able to get me into a new car and one I could fit inside of my budget.

Very poor experience to be honest. The salesman was not honest with my significant other and I, as I purchased a USED vehicle with 136,996 miles and Now I have 150,027 (approximately 18,000) in 7 months. And now I am having transmission issues and needing to put about $8,000 of maintenance to fix the issues that my mechanic has told me with engine codes. Thieving lying bastards sold my son a piece of � 7 months ago. Salesman swore to me pathfinders last till 200,000 miles or more. The transmission went. 13000.00 on a vehicle for 7 months and 18,000 miles later and they refuse to fix it. I will NEVER buy a car from there again!!
