Rubbish customer service. Especially the receptionist, so unprofessional. The solicitor made a mistake on a document and didn't even offer to pay for it.

I had a conversation with Deborah to draft some documentation. Everything went well at the start and I took time to send over and discuss all relevant parts. Eventually she went AWOL I could not get a hold of her and this has delayed my process severely. I was told I could contact her after the 4th of November without given prior notice of any absences. I am now stuck searching for new solicitors and starting my process from scratch again when I was expecting it to be in process by now.
Very disappointed ‼️‼️‼️‼️ I just been to this place the lady who works there as a notary really a time waisted really disappointed with her service she was busy and trying to find a wany to don’t do her job after spending 1 week off waiting to do it
