Avoid this place! The hotel is dirty, hallways and stairwells appear to be rarely if ever swept. Trash is not emptied from rooms during the week. Toilet paper and "free" coffee are only replaced if requested at front desk. "Free" food in the evening is better at a typical homeless shelter.

The Hotel staff are the most receptive, kind and attentive people I have ever encountered. The facility is amazing and has everything you want in a hotel/resort experience. What an amazing experience my family and I had. Thank you to all who made my stay one of the best ever.
