Upgraded to a cominetary two room corner suite. Living room furniture needed updating but had a sense of classiness to it. Reminded me somewhat as furniture of the Ritz with the exception there was minor tear in the upholstery. Bedroom bed was comfy and slept well. Bathroom had all the nice amenities. Concierge lounge was closed but still was able to access the fridge for drinks. Coffee machine in the lounge was not working so i couldn't enjoy my espresso. Very noise from the other guests the stuff should have told them to respect other guests while sleeping bad experience
People here made us feel like we didn’t Belonged here. As soon as my husband and I walked into the lobby after a long hard day of work in our moving company couple men the work there approached us and stand near us until the lady at the front desk gave us a key people there look at us mean and we’re rude the rooms are Dirty and ugly.

I am paying extra for the concierge floor and lounge - it doesn’t meet my expectations. Small, drab, dark. Drinks (alcohol) not served after happy hour. No chance to have an after dinner drink! Very disappointing
Great location and the coffee barista was so pleasant and helpful!
