Our room was very spacious. The bathroom was large and didn’t make you feel like you were taking a bath in a closet. The staff were all very gracious and accommodating. We needed an extra late checkout and the desk staff made sure we had more then enough time.

A clean place to stay. No ventilation in the bathroom, the lighting in there is awful, the room itself temperature wise is not consistent it's muggy, to hot or to cold. No happy medium. Front desk people have been great so far. The hotel staff has been helpful as well. Common areas are really clean. Full size beds not queens..FYI.
This staff at this hotel are very lovely and helpful. The lobby is really nice. However, the rooms are very dated with lots of wear in the furniture and fixtures. We had a suite that needed a lot of cosmetic TLC. I recommend new furniture, carpet, etc so the guest rooms match the beauty of the rest of the hotel. Thank you for a very pleasant stay
My husband and I stayed here over a weekend and the room was adequate. There were stains on the walls and tapestries but I wasn’t too bothered by it. After all, it is an older hotel. The bed was clean and they even covered the tv remote with a plastic bag to combat germs, which I appreciated. When greeted upon arrival, the receptionist appeared tired and short-tempered. The parking situation sucks here! There is no place to pull up to check in and unload. I had to carry 3 bags and push my daughter in a stroller for 2 blocks to get to the hotel from the ramp. There was no fridge in the room which I think is a bit ridiculous. I ordered food and had to toss what we didn't eat. Other than that our stay was great. Room service was good! I loved the Quesadilla and my daughter loved her breakfast in bed. The gym is amazing and the pool is quaint.

I checked in with no issues. I have meds and food that need to be refrigerated and when I got to my room I noticed that I did not have a refrigerator. I went to the lobby to speak with the reservation desk and told her my need. She said she would have to move my room and it would cost $40. I asked to speak to the manager and told her my need for a refrigerator and she was indifferent. I let her know I’m a Rewards member and she said it’s still $40. I said fine move my room.
