Home away from home. Friendly service with everything you need.
Loved the beds very comfy. Shower pressure was awsome. But very disappointed Saturday morning was suppose to get breakfast from roon service by 6:30-6:45 but they never pick up our request on the door night before my friend is diabetic need to eat with meds. Was told they didnt understand why our menu on the doir was not picked up. Long story made short we ended up paying 18 dollars at our convention for a muffin and water. And mine was just a water and muffin for the same.
Amazing Service and Staff! Thank you Louis at front desk! Rooms were very clean. Great area, walkable for other food choices, bars and restuarants.
It was so clean and great location. IMAX, convention center, 5 blocks to golden one event center, near light rail.
