Exceptional customer service. I have come to expect mediocre (at best) customer service at hotels. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of sincere, helpful attention every staff member I encountered gave me. I can't wait to come back!
Our annual confernace is held in Sacramento every spring and this is one of our hotel choices. Staff is friendly and rooms are nice. The proximity to our meetings is fabulous. Enjoy staying here would definitely recommend this hotel.
