Had a wonderful stay, staff is so friendly and helpful.
I enjoy my stay there clean rooms and efficient staff .It was my company trip in the night yesterday I called room service needed two safety pins they said they find a way to get them . But NOBODY. Called me back I just quietly checked out before 1 pm today . They need to have a small shop in the hotel or take care of these small things otherwise just call back and say sorry they cannot help I will stay in Marriotts next time not in Sheraton 😂
I have stayed at this hotel many times! I love the corner rooms at the end of the hallway! This location is ideal for the local attractions, restaurants, etc...The staff is very friendly and helpful...We had a Great time!
Great location, soft beds, good internet and coffee in the rooms. Only thing I didn't like is the water pressure on everything is bad due to low flow fixtures.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced in a hotel. Rooms were not ready till 5 PM. They could not find anyone to deliver extra towels. Ordered room service that never showed up. The staff was downright rude and did not care to make you happy.
Very professional first class staff. Get dinners and service
