The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The company I work for has the annual Christmas party there. It's in a good area that's close to great restaurants and entertainment. I would recommend staying there to anyone.
Great staff! The check-in process was easy, and the location was perfect.
CHARGED 2X - NO REFUND -NO HELP - We purchased a prepaid room for a business event and had to cancel because of a hardship. I called reservations and spoke to "Christopher". He cancelled my room and offered to try to get us a refund. Two days later we were billed a second time for the room. I called again and spoke to "Liz". She "promised" we would receive an email or call regarding our situation. No call, no email. I have left a message for the hotel manager to call me, No Call. Did a nice job as host hotel for California International Marathon. Free wifi, flexible re dropping Sunday night, allowing 1 pm checkout.
The place was good but there are a couple of items needing to be addressed. First they need more people at the check in/out desk. You should never have to wait more than 5 minutes at a 4 Dimond hotel. Second a small frog in the room would be nice and a small microwave. And $32 a day for parking is way too high.
