Outstanding Staff!! Prime location for a fun filled night life. Comfy Bed considering I didn't sleep much because of the night life but when I finally crawled into it LOL and the view from the 21st floor was nice.
No accessible wifi in the conference rooms. I asked and was told to get code from someone else. Inconvenient in this wifi age. Otherwise, everything else was 5 star
Room was not very clean. Dust all over bathroom lamps and weird, long, dark hairs on the floor that definitely didn't come from me.
The staff couldn't of been nicer it was my granddaughter's birthday and they surprised her with chocolate chip cookies candy glasses of milk and a teddy bear and a birthday card and balloons they were amazing� and so thoughtful! the food was good the service was great and always with a big smile my granddaughter Gianna kept saying over and over how nice everybody was and I couldn't agree more!! we will definitely be back! Polite, respectful and helpful staff. Great public service, from maitre'd and guest service is excellent! Very clean!
Everybody was super nice there slept good the breakfast was good the only thing I did not like it that you want to charge me extra for the water in the bedroom when it should be for free but other than that I had a great stay I cannot wait to come back there it was AWESOME ❤️❤️
We attended a wedding last July 2 and I didn't like the attitude of their waitress. They don't smile and one of them lecture my friend on nuts as if we are kids! She's rude and condescending!
