Club room not worth paying for. Club facilities dated and very limited and the coffee machine was out of order! No free wifi. Had to leave unexpectedly and was told last night could be refunded only to be told the next day that I couldn't and that they hadn't even checked me out of the hotel despite handing in my keys, them looking after my luggage and me saying I needed to check out. Worst hotel I've stayed in for ages and worst Sheraton ever.
Booked at 26 floor this weekend!! Fabulous Down Town views! ! Beds are.. amazing!!! Experience like dream at the clouds! !! Friendly people!!! So happy ti stay there!!
Best gym in any hotel and great staff. Really clean gym
Fit menu over priced and the protein was under weight next show order of the menu and tell them how to prepare it.
Threasa Hernandez, Sales Manager, is absolutely amazing. The customer service I have received has been beyond exceptional.
