The place literally stinks
a beautiful location in downtown Sacramento. They made the conference I was attending very comfortable with food and beverage as well as excellent room facilitation.
Stayed for two nights. My flight got cancelled. Staff refused to honor the rate I had booked my hotel rather they were forcing me to get a room st walk in rate even I am SPG member.
Very nice staff and hotel was perfect. Had a nightmare Che bottle of champagne celebrating our anniversary
Was here for a yearly convention this year because the group received a “group rate” there was no housekeeping services for our 3-night stay. I don’t believe a 4-star hotel should have no housekeeping services for any reason. I’ve never heard of any other hotel doing this. Staff was very nice but will not stay here again.
