The absolute worst hotel that I have ever stayed in, horrible water problems, when you turn the shower on there's this loud noise that you can hear when other people take showers and all the rooms that I actually woke me up, The check and the check out people had absolutely no personality, I know this may sound stereo type but the chicken in the restaurant was super dry, The best thing about the hotel was the shuttle drivers name Anthony freaking awesome. It's official you guys suck
Staff was friendly checking in and answered my questions. Parking is tight late at night and your car gets sandwiched in between the others. I did like how they did the parking ticket with in and out privileges. Better set up then some other hotels. Room was clean. Met my needs. Didn't pay the $21.00 for breakfast. I wonder what the $19.00 occupancy fee is for? Overall a good experience. You're by LAX so if you think you want 100 percent quiet forget about it. Realize your location.
