booked 14 night stay... staff curteous and kind, guys in blue a bit annoying at first but there to help. elevators a bit of a hassle so far so good
Check in and out was friendly. Pillows were comfortable. Shuttle drivers were nice. Bed was lumpy, AC stopped working in the middle of the night. Ceiling had water leak stains. Bathroom had rust stains everywhere. Room service personnel was nice. This hotel is in major need of renovations/updating. We were comped this hotel by United, so I'm glad we didn't pay the almost $200/night price tag.
