If I could give 6 stars I would. Staff were amazing, super comfy bed & room. Excellent facilities. It was such a pleasure to stay here & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.
Convenient location next to LAX. Can't say enough positive things about the staff as all I encountered were great and caring towards customers. Only downside is you could see some of the areas in need of repairs.
Bed was very comfortable. Towels were very dirty. Bathroom was not enough clean.!!!Front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful. Parking lot is expensive cause other same quality hotels have free parking lot for hotel guests. Housekeeping manager needs to give training for staff to use clean towels or bed sheets. Thanks.

I come to the area often and am not loyal to a specific hotel in the area. On this trip the hotel was relatively cheap for the lax area. I didn't expect much but was very surprised by 30 dollar parking! Other area hotels have cheaper parking! The hotel is basic and is showing its age. It wasn't bad but for parking be so much it would have been better to spring the extra 10 to stay at the renaissance next door (it has cheaper parking). Mold or gas leak that caused health issues for over 50 people here. I stayed here this year for a conference for 4 days in January 2017. Waiting outside the doors to enter the conference on the bottom floor there was some kind of leak or mold that made all 60+ of us cough every time we were in that hallway for 4 days. Now.. months later.. most of us have had to have treatment for an ongoing cough... and many of us have not recovered (myself included) even after several antibiotic and other treatments.
