Amazing service from the team at Shepherds, they listened and gathered all the details I needed and provided to help supply my bathroom. Jason went the extra mile and chased up what i required and gave me alternative options to fit my budget and requirements. I would defiantly recommend them to anyone, they can supply within your budget, competitive with other suppliers and provide help with measurements if required to ensure all items would fit.
I recently had my bathroom completely renovated with Shepherds and they have been fantastic from start to finish. Jason was brilliant, completely understanding what I wanted and explaining the best way to achieve it. Rob then removed the old bathroom and installed the new one, communicating clearly with me throughout the process and removing all the waste at the end. We have recently had a full redesign and fit with Shepherds and could not be happier with our new bathroom. We had quotes from 3 suppliers and felt what was being offered by Shepherds in terms of product and service was the better of the 3. From initial quotation through to choosing product we were very happy and booked our refit with Shepherds. Myself and my family have dealt with Sheperds Bathrooms over many years. We’ve both had beautiful bathrooms installed. Workmanship cannot be beaten and aftercare goes above and beyond. I can’t thank and express my gratitude to Kev, Jason and Dave enough. Thankyou for your time and efforts.
The people working here are very friendly and helpful. However, we had to chase what was happening as we were forgotten about. There was also an unknown length of time wait to have the bathroom done so unfortunately, we had to use a different company.
