If there was a ‘0’ I walked yesterday and asked Regarding about Houses for Rent, I didn’t find her friendly person… Why Advertise House Renting when she has no interest to help you, so why have Estate agents in first place.. You need to be friendly to the customers that is there for… Very unfriendly person…. It really put people off, if the staff do that which I find it so unprofessional….

I wouldn't recommend renting as a tenant. All I'm saying is I made a complaint on Google reviews, was asked to take it down and got served notice 4 weeks later. I'm sure they will call it a very unfortunate coincidence. The tenancy has been full of those. It an unfortunate coincidence that there were silverfish from a rotted bathroom that wasnt fixed when promised (we got a nominal amount off of our rent until it was sorted) but the bathroom were never finished for the entire tenancy. I just wanted to take the opportunity to thank Alex and his team for providing a great service during my letting process. I needed to find a property at short notice and Alex was fantastic in providing viewings and getting my tenancy agreed promptly. I will definitely be using their services again in the future!
