I had an extremely disappointing experience at this GP practice. I called for urgent advice about prescribed tablets and their side effects, such as late periods and dizziness, to find out if I should stop taking them. The receptionist did not listen and simply told me to fill out an eConsult form, which could take days for a response. This was completely unhelpful for something I needed to know immediately and felt highly unprofessional. Excellent consultation, very informative
Appointment with advanced nurse practitioner was excellent. She took her time to listen and understood my problems. I didn’t feel rushed and gave me some extremely good advice. 10/10 thank you
Had a very bad experience with Miss Samrawit Ghebrekiros. Left me waiting for over half hr and didnt even say sorry for the delay. Not good at showing empathy or listening carefully to the patient but everything I was saying was a challenge to her even though i had been at the gp center already for the same issue many times she was not aware of my health history like other doctors would read the notes before. Very unprofessional!
