Stood at the clearly stated Reception and was ignored completely so left.One member of staff definitely see me but still no acknowledgement.
So unprofessional!!!
Just called up and before I could even finish what I was calling for, I was cut short "no appointments left call back Monday"! Disgusting phone manner, no empathy. Im in quite alot of pain and feel like I have been very much let down!
I have been lucky enough to register at Shephall health centre, the receptionists are responsive and very helpful with questions I have. The doctors and nurses are understanding and supportive. Special thanks to Mr Callum Baker, he has been very helpful psychologically and also with my problem that I went to see him about. Dr Doudu advised me on everything I needed to know. I am glad that I came to Shephall.
I am so impressed with this Surgery and all the staff. Today I saw Dr Daodu and he was empathetic, referred me for an X-ray, took my blood pressure. The nurses are friendly, efficient and reception staff are amazing. I have issues with e-consult and don't agree with it as feel lots of elderly people are not tech savvy. Staff have happily done this for me and it is so appreciated. Cannot fault the practice. Thank you
