EXTREMELY disappointed in this dealer. I have been leasing and buying cars through them for many years now and finally was able to save up enough to purchase a used car. I then found out that upon turning in my lease vehicle they charge you $495 if you do not lease through them again or a buy a BRAND NEW vehicle. ask questions about ANY other charges. They tricked me. My previous lease from 2 years prior did not have this charge on it. They knew I intended to buy a used car after this lease but they wanted to make the sale. ... read more

Service is great. I had bodywork done it was great, great paint job my car look just like new. Friendly and helpful personal.
Warren and Jenna were amazing to work with! They made the whole process of being an out of state buyer seamless. Everyone was friendly and upfront from the beginning. They gave me top dollar for my trade and even took pictures of the imperfections of the truck I was buying so I could see it before I made the 3 hour trip.

WONDERFUL sales and service staff! I just had a new vehicle dropped off at my work/swapped out with the old - 5 minutes of paperwork. Easiest car purchase I've ever had - no pressure, full transparency, no surprises, very easy. And with my prior vehicle, also a Buick that I bought at a different dealership ..... I ended up only doing service here. Best service staff I've ever encountered - same story: honest, excellent service.
