Repairs were completed without telling me. I was told $125 was owed when I thought it was warranty work. I understand why it wasn’t covered under warranty but I should have been contacted before services were completed. I could have fixed the problem myself. I complained to the gentleman in service and I was pretty much blown off. I have been a customer for many years. Most likely won’t come back due to how I was treated
Here today for oil change, wont allow me to wait inside because I medically cant wear a mask. yet it's okay for employees to not have one on at their desks or down off their face in the Service Dept. Kinda hypocritical at best! Apparently they dont understand some people are exempt from Executive Order. So they let a 66 yr old set outside in 90° weather with 60% humidity. they just lost two loyal customers who have bought 2 new trucks and leased 2 more trucks in the past 4-5 years!!
Have had our Yukon in there 3 times in 6 months for the same problem. It’s a part that won’t seal which is nobody’s fault but they would not give us a loaner, we had to call each day to get an update, and their only response to not having a vehicle for our family vacation was “I would make other plans”. Their sensitivity, customer service, and work is all poor.

Took my wife’s car in for body work, and I’m still waiting on it, it’s been two and a half months now. Dave the body shop manager he not been honest about the status of the car, as I was told the car was being painted two weeks ago. When I spoke to him on Monday he told me it got painted Friday and need to be reassembled this week. Come to find out his crack crew screwed up the lift gate alignment. Not much I can do at this point, but I will NEVER bring a car to this dealership ever again. Worst experience ever!
Dean helped me out and he was very polite, along with everyone else. picking up my new car tomorrow!
FYI... don’t buy from Shelton Buick... they sold us a vehicle that had a bad engine and bad transmission after 9 days of driving it and they kept saying to change the oil to allow it more time before the engine would be blown. Every time we took it to autozone to check the engine light it kept saying misfiring on 5 of the 6 cylinders. We changed the oil at 2k miles when it started acting up each time and this time is seized up on us leaving me stranded on M-53 while I wait for a tow!
