After 39 years buying cars here, my experience trying to check my car in for an oil change was dreadful. They only had 2 people checking in and they were both helping some link there cell phone to their car! Then there was no shuttle. I’m not going back there for service again.
Sales people are extremely rude and the General manager Drew is as useless as his subordinates. Save yourself some time and don’t go to this dealership
The owner could hire someone competent to be the General Manager and they in turn could train their associates the PROPER way to deal with customers. General Mgr is a disaster and so is the sales dept. Please don't waste your time at this dealership!!

I'm very dissatisfied after today's oil change that took 1.5 hours WITH an appointment. I paid a premium believing the dealership would have my vehicle in and out quickly since my schedule is VERY tight. I was not only disappointed, but my entire day's appointments were affected. I WILL NOT return. When I mentioned this to the service clerk, the response I got was "that's how long it takes". No explanation. Zero care. 5 stars Just purchased my 3rd car from Warren. He is always helpful and answers my questions. I made him work for this sale because I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do and went back and forth several times making up my made. He was very patient 😂. He came in on his day off for delivery since it worked better for my schedule.
honestly the general manager in service does not really listen to concerns... If you take your vehicle here make sure you deal with Jeff,... he is the only one who knows how to do his job correctly!
