Every time I come to Dr. Shellnutt’s office, his team is nothing but helpful! They are super informative and go the extra mile to make me feel comfortable.
Wow! After going to several other physicians I was finally heard by Dr. Shelnutt! From making an appointment all the way through check out all his staff are amazing. I love the fact Dr. Shelnutt talks with you in his office as opposed to sitting in a cold exam room in paper sheeting feeling uncomfortable. Amazing experience!
So many great things to say about my first visit at Dr. Shelnutt’s office. The front office staff were all very friendly and welcoming. My wait time was completely unexpected- it wasn’t even five minutes before I went back to have the nurse measure vitals. The biggest surprise was meeting with Dr. Shelnutt before the exam. We sat down and he asked me questions, listened intently, and I shared my issues and concerns. This was the best experience I've had with a doctor. He listened to everything I had to say. I didn't feel rushed abd I truly feel that he cares about his patients. I also, feels that he going to get to the bottom of my problem and make it better for me.
I never feel rushed. Dr. Shelnutt always takes time to educate me and answer any questions i may have.
From the moment i walked in the door everyone was so incredibly kind and caring. I went for an IUD insertion and Dr. Shelnutt was extremely upbeat and comforting throughout the entire experience. I usually am uncomfortable with having a male gynecologist but he made me feel extremely comfortable and supported throughout the whole process! I’ve already recommended him to a few of my friends who are also looking into getting IUDs.
He was kind, listened, gave me options, didn't judge me and made me feel very safe and comfortable in a situation that often has been the opposite. I drove an hour to see him and have no issue doing it again, he's a great doctor and I'm so happy I found him
