I attended on a Saturday and while there were no reception staff due to this the nurse who greeted me was lovely, she saw me for my appt (smear test) and was calm and polite the whole time. she talked me through all of it and kept me distracted during the test by making small talk. I was so nervous I forgot her name as soon as she said it but I'm very grateful to her for making it a calm experience.
Can't even get an appointment
Useless Unless you are on benifits or are 85+ you Will not be able to get a 5 minute appointment at this place 2 year later ..its 07.52...am ... gearing myself up for the lottery that is about to try and be on hold at least half a hour in order to try to get a telephone call back from the surgery (which bever happens as they just drop call back conveniently,,,, strange as when my bf paid for a medical from them they were suddenly able to give him a appointment straight away ..... funny that £££££££!!! More likely to find a winning lottery ticket than book any sort of appointment, you are told on the phone to not even try. Honestly…. Just call the number and listen 😅
Not happy I phoned the doctors this morning as I've got COPD and it's got worse and the hospital said that I need to speak to the doctor about putting me on a nebuliser now as it's got worse and not had a phone call and also my asthma has got worse and the inhalers aren't working for my COPD and now need to go on a nebuliser and the doctor hasn't rang me also I can't hear out of my left ear now
