The product gives a lot of flexibility in the design and I found I could bespoke the bookshelves to fit my space and requirements (narrow shelves, not intrusive, for the bulk of the books and cross over to deeper shelves for photo albums and reference books). Customer service is very supportive and communications were faultless. Shelfstore was a very good experience and solution for my requirements.
Very good service: from product to delivery. I have used this service twice in less than a month and could not be any happier. I'll use this company again and would recommended to anybody: very reliable. Shelves are easy to mount even if you don't have lots of DIY skills.
Excellent quality and well designed shelving. Easy to assemble and sturdy. Different sizes allowed us to set up tailor-made office storage ourselves. Added bonus of pleasant wood smell in the office. Shelfstore didn’t send out enough shelf supports with our first order, but they sorted this out quickly over the phone and we received more supports by courier the next day. Can’t fault service, quality, ease of assembly and delivery and would recommend.
