Picked up a Shelby’s wrap today which came without fries. Was disappointed and couldn’t go back to get the wrap replaced, might not go to this location again.
Hire more people already!!! Orders take 1 hour to complete even when I order way in advanced. This has happened multiple times. 2 employees aren't enough and frustrated delivery couriers are always waiting forever on the side to pick up orders too. The owner is either very stingy or out of touch that the restaurant is at a busy location. Even Tim Hortons across the street is quicker.
It was our first time trying this place after hearing so many great things about it, but the food was very disappointing. It may be worth looking at quality control. With so many locations open, it seems there may not be enough oversight to ensure that they maintain quality. I'm guessing it was good when it first opened.
