I’ve been to Sheena a couple times now for primarily my back issues but with her knowledge and holistic approach has showed me how the tension is all over. She advised of things I can try to help in between my appointments which is helping and quite easy to add in to my busy day to day. Makes you feel at ease immediately and is very professional. Look forward to my next appointment and cannot recommend enough!

I've been wanting and needing a massage for so long, so was really looking forward to my appointment with sheena. She was warm, welcoming and professional throughout. I told her that I knew my shoulder muscles were stiff but the rest of me was OK, how wrong I was! I had no idea how stiff and tense allllll my body was! I'd requested a massage that made me feel 'like I'd got sunburn' and Sheena didn't disappoint with a deep tissue massage. I felt very relaxed following the appointment, and then after the initial discomfort over the next few days, my body felt much better.
