I had an excellent experience buying a Tacoma through George Fallin. He was very patient and listened and waited until I was ready to purchase. He went out of his way to make sure I was treated fairly from every angle. I would highly recommend George and Sheehy Toyota of Fredericksburg.
The purchasing process was smooth. I’ve had the vehicle in for regular maintenance, oil changes, etc., a few times and have always received excellent service. Scheduling appointments is a cinch as well.
Service dept is great - keep you informed, and they don’t cheat you with unnecessary work
The facility is clean and the waiting area is comfortable plus they offer free tea, coffee, water, and hot chocolate if you wait while your vehicle is being serviced. Everyone is so helpful and polite.
If you e had your oil changed at this location you need to check it. A few months back we had our oil changed at this location. It was after a few days of driving it that the motor began making an odd sound. My husband checked the oil to find we were several quarts low. He replaced what was low and checked daily. It remained full and the sound stopped. We dropped our truck off again for an oil change last weekend (we had completely forgotten what occurring last drop off).
