RecommendedCouldn’t be happier with the used car sales department. We bought our second vehicle from sheehy and second time working with Jim Glasner who is awesome to work with.
My husband and I were really interested in purchasing a new SUV, started the process online, then had some texts and phone calls back and forth. Was told I would continue hearing back from them on this past Monday and they have completely stopped all communication. I just think that is poor customer service overall.
My salesman was Jim Glasner and he was friendly, kind, patient and very professional! I mostly appreciate Jim’s patience because I’m very picky (borderline OCD)! There were no safety precautions in place for test driving, like gloves or steering wheel covers. Despite being the only customer on the lot, service was insultingly slow, salesperson treated me like someone who knew nothing about cars, and only acted like he was interested in a sale when I decided to walk away.

Great service. Won’t take my Camry anywhere else. James King is an awesome service manager. He’s not going to try and recommend services you don’t need and will give you an honest breakdown on the cost of what you do need. Service was quick, technicians are competent,and I was kept informed of the progress throughout.
I have purchased cars for 57 years. We didn’t know what to expect with the COVID-19 concerns, but as it turned out this was the easiest purchase we’ve ever made. We made an agreement at noon with Bryan Davis, arrived at Sheehy Toyota at 5:30, and were headed home by 7:00 with a 2020 Toyota Highlander Limited. We highly recommend Sheehy Toyota and Bryan Davis with your sale.
Just went in today for an oil change, I must say I am truly so pleased with how business/service was handled. They called to do everything over the phone instead of face to face, they emailed me the option to pay to avoid additional interaction. I must say you guys had it all figured out, even paying online via text/email was easy and efficient!!! Great job!
In getting my vehicle serviced with Sheehy, they all are so nice. Like all my visits, the service writer was really nice and explained what I needed to complete my inspection and was most helpful and believe his name was Billy... I commend him and thank you Sheehy for a nice visit which wasn’t that long either...
