The service department never checked what I asked them to check. I still have the noise under the hood.

I live in Arlington Virginia, but eagerly travel to Sheehy in Fredericksburg for my car service. There are many Toyota dealerships close by in the area that I live in, but the service at Sheehy in Fredericksburg is unmatched. The facility is impeccable, the staff friendly and professional and they get you in and out in record time. Keep up the superb job!
My first service appt went very well. pleased with that aspect. My sales experience was less than desirable. Initial salesperson raved about the GPS Scout navigation app when I said Navigation was very important to me. It sucks. Another salesman was going to see about helping me with another vehicle possibly. That was 4 days ago. Haven't heard a word. Owned toyotas for many years. First purchase from Sheehy. Not pleased.
The car sales men are great ! The service department are the ABSOLUTE WORST! They are rude, slow, and completely incompetent. I have had my Toyota for five years and I dread having to go there every time for a service! Every single time for five years that I have called and or gone there, it’s a fiasco!!!
Josh at the used location in Fredericksburg made sure I always had contact with any questions day or night even on his day off. One hiccup was I asked some questions and the management didn’t respond and was left in the dark for a day. Signed paperwork was easy and quick.
