What a joke! We drove 1.5 hours in response to a mailed offer. It was absolutely misleading and a HUGE waste of time. It was all a ploy to get us there to sell us something else. I was only asking for a fair shake and it was FAR from that. This location lacks communication and that includes the service dept. They are the ONLY ones to ever service our truck, yet they have no idea of the mileage or condition? You walk into the service department and don't know where to go.
