We moved from another state where the Toyota service team was phenomenal. Once they got to know me, they greeted me by name, I trusted them, they took time to explain what was being done and ensured we were on the same page, made sure that I understood any additional charges etc. I expected the same from this Toyota. Very clean and efficient; the service writers are friendly , courteous and respectful.
My experience with there used cars division was the worst I’ve ever encountered while buying a car. At first it seemed like everything was normal but after two weeks they discovered mistakes they had made with my loan and was putting the blame on us the customers. Going as far as raising there voices to my husband and sending a tow truck to pick up my vehicle at week three. Our windshield and passenger side mirror were broke on our way home from beach due to flying rocks when trucks went by. I opened an insurance claim to get everything replaced. SafeLite was scheduled to replace windshield when vehicle was at Toyota which was done the morning I dropped my vehicle off. Unfortunately the mirror ordered was the wrong one and the one I needed was on backorder.
