At Sheehy Toyota I’m always treated with utmost respect, and they always seem to care especially the service writer named James King. I had my car for almost a year and I love it ! Plus the salesmen were great ! The best part is the salesman made sure I got exactly what I wanted and more 😊
We scheduled our vehicle to be serviced, have Apple car play installed, and have our vehicle’s sensors calibrated. They only did the vehicle servicing instead of all 3. They gave us another appointment the following day to get the Apple car play and calibrate sensors. When they called after the second appointment, they only did the Apple Car Play and said they don’t have time to do the sensor calibration. bad experience on looking for a used 4runner.bad experience with service department,always make a appointment and still have to wait over two hours,tell me I need stuff done that does not have to be done like said I needed brakes when they were just done a month ago.lost my wheel lock last time I was in,had to go back and get it.
I have bought 3 cars from them and all 3 times my experience was wonderful. Just purchased my third car yesterday and my salesman was Sage and he was great to work with. I spoke to him on the phone before I went there and was very pleased from just talking to him on the phone. I walked in and within an hour and forty five minutes I was driving away in my third new car from them!! So a big Thank You Sage for a great experience!!!
