Hi, I bought a 2018 Rav4 yesterday from Seth. It was a very nice buying experience. It’s a great car and was at a very fair price, and Seth even got the price lowered for me because I am a Veteran. I must have been in and out in a total of 2 hours, and I was driving my awesome Rav4 off the lot, which by the way came with the 7 year 100,000 mile full coverage warranty! Thanks and I am very happy overall with buying from Sheehy Toyota.
I purchased my second Highlander last week. There were a couple things I wasn’t completely happy with. When my salesman and finance guy found out, they reached out to me and went way above and beyond to make sure I was happy!!!! I could have kept my mouth shut and just left it alone but I wasn’t completely satisfied and the SECOND they found out, they made it right for me!!!!
