My sister had her windows tinted in the morning and came to Sheehy in the afternoon for an oil change. Upon her arrival, she told the service advisor not to roll the windows down, as the tint needed to settle. He told her not to worry, yet her car was brought back with the windows down. RecommendedThis weekend I purchased a 2017 Kia Sportage from the Sheehy Nissan Manassas location. From the beginning of the greet I experienced great customer service. A salesman quoted me a higher prices than what the Quest was listed for....I was quoted $13k when it was listed for $9k on car gurus.....I was looking to pay all cash with no financing so I sent a message to this dealership about what would be their all cash out the door price and the salesmen still insisted on $13k....That was very disappointing
My husband and I had a very bad experience with Miller Toyota. After having the Highlander for 7 months we realized that because of that experience we wanted to wash our hands of anything to do with them. We had purchased a car from Sheehy Nissan a few other times and had a great experience. We went back to Nissan and worked very closely with the manager Sam Wali who worked miracles. Sami was persistent, but unfortunately, the car I was interested in was sold.
The dealership was contacted to confirm the color listed on carguru and they confirmed the color listed was correct. We made an appointment to test drive the car. The drive from our home to the dealership was an hour and a half. When we arrived, we immediately knew that the color was not correct. When we asked why, the salesperson asked us to wait while he went inside, leaving us standing outside for an extended period of time.
