Justin (salesman) was great, but unfortunately i just didn't like the vehicle. The actual vehicle looked terrible compared to the photos. There photographer is way underpaid.

Do not purchase anything form any of Sheehy dealerships, they lie to you during the finance process saying that if you sell the vehicle, you would get a refund on the warranties and the vip plan. This is not the case. I had the vehicle for 1 year, I was given a free oil change with purchase. I used one oil change on the vip plan before selling the vehicle. They now are refusing to refund the vip plan. They will not allow me to pay cash for the oil change. So basically I paid $1100 for 1 oil change. This dealership is a bunch... read more

Absolutely the worst experience. Set up a test drive apt a day prior.. Drove 2 hrs away, Only for THEM to KNOW I had an appointment to test drive this particular car... only to get there and the car was dirty but detailed oh and let’s not forget I was told it had NOT been serviced at all!!! Who does this! I work very hard for my money!!!! Then asked to drive the loaner car back so that person wouldn’t have to Uber back because someone would deliver the closer to my home area!! Excellent services
Over the years we've bought six cars from Sheehy Manassas. We brought my daughter's Rogue into the Service Department for its state inspection and were told that it required over $5000 in repairs in order to pass inspection. We were shocked. We took it to an independent mechanic recommended by a friend. He looked at it and said it needed only a brake re-line -- under $200 --and the other problems Sheehy told us were necessary simply did not exist. We now wonder how many unnecessary repairs we've paid for over the years.
