Customer service is terrible. You can't ever reach anybody for assistance. I needed to speak to Thomas who is over licenses and tags but he is never in his office. Left several voicemails for him to call back and he never did. They should try to hire the staff who can actually assist the customers not to avoid them. If you are looking for a car this is not a place to go.
As of a few days ago. I just bought my new Nissan Rogue and absolutely love it. I could not of asked for a better experience. I met with salesperson Craig Phillips and he was great and went above and beyond to help me get into a new vehicle. I would most definitely be going back to them in the future.
