Jeff Tuffor was the best salesman. He had me in for a test drive and answered all my questions. I brought my dad in with me for a follow up and he was very patient and answered all of my Dad’s questions to both of our satisfactions. Bought a 2011 nissan quest here. Noticed the fender came loose the next day. Took it back and had them do a piss poor job of reattaching it. (Came apart 4 months later) As soon as the warranty was up, had a check engine light come up. Took it for diagnostics and found out the engine block was cracked and vehicle was basically totaled. Now im out 15K! Just a warning to anyone in the market for a used car or service center, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SHADY PLACE!!!

Dishonest sales. Buyer beware! Sales manager lied,( Sam ??? )refused to return my keys, made up lies... I thought I could trust the finance manager because she was so helpful the first time I bought my car.. so I was a return customer! She too was dishonest. I know better now...n for next time!
